Haulin' Ass

Posted May 25, 2005 @ 6:06am

Just got home with a long load from a long day at One On One. With the help of my XTRACYCLE and a BIKEBOX Trailer I was able to transport five big boxes from Coldside Silkscreening. What was in these five humongous boxes, you ask? Try 241 Cars-R-Coffins garments. See, here's the thing. People will bitch and moan about the high price of gas, they'll drive across town to save 2ยข a gallon, when the reality is that it costs, what? an additional $3 or $4 bucks to fill up the goddamn tank? That's a cup of coffee these days, or 2-for-1's at Lyle's. Big deal. Mind you, I'm not braggin' nor am I complaining. I'm just telling it like it is. Even with three or four beers under my belt, (yes, we celebrate happy hour at work) I'm simply refreshed from the ride, albeit a little sweaty, and just don't have time for all of the fukkin' knuckleheads who drive their big gas guzzlin' behemoths down to the tanning salon and get all tweaked when they have to wait an extra three seconds as I pass through...

Recovery

The weekend is over. We're all bruised and battered. Come back later when we sort thru the rubble... But until then, the new Brown CRC Hoodies will be back in stock this week in both Medium and Large sizes. OFS Stickers are out of stock until further notice. Holla.

SWOBO NOT DEAD!

Posted May 14, 2005 @ 6:06am

Here's some great nooze from the Mayor of Drunkingham:From: "Swobo Mail" 5 years ago we sent a letter to the industry and friends explaining that we had to close our doors, and close our doors we did. As painful as that decision was, it was the right thing to do at the time.Since that time, we've been on barefoot walkabout, communing with small forest creatures, helping old ladies cross the street, planting indigenous seeds, talking story with the elders, making one plus one equal three (business tough guy talk), all the while having had nothing to do with Yoga. As far as we're concerned... downward dog on your own time and dime. But time moves on, and things happen, and new happenings are now a good thing. To make a long story short..... we're now back (insert fist pump here). Is it the same? Hell if we know...are you the same? Let's just say that sand passes through an hourglass over here, just as it has over in your neck of the woods. But as much as things change,...
