Yee haw, spring has sprung; today was 60°, tomorrow slated to be 65°. The
shop is going off. One On One continues to be a epicenter for bike culture in Minneapolis, and Saturday afternoon we had some very special guests, when Eric
"Roscoe" Ambel and Patrick, both of the Steve Earle band, dropped in. They both ride while on tour, and Roscoe is a track bike freak like us. He's also a very accomplished musician and producer, and was an original member of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts! They spent nearly 3 hours checking out the basement, drinking coffee, and generally hanging out. We we rewarded with the guest list for Sunday night's show at
First Avenue. Far-freakin' out, man. In local nooze, tree-climbing hardman and inaugural
Stupor Bowl champeen, Marko Sundlin was also back home this weekend celebrating the fact that his Dad is buying a recumbent. How soon will ol' #467 be seen cruising the mean streets of Madison on his very own EZ-Racer???
